MWC 2010: Samsung Wave S8500 – the first smartphone based on mobile platform Bada
At MWC 2010 Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. announced a new smartphone that runs on the new mobile platform Bada. The device is equipped with a display of a new type Super AMOLED. Super AMOLED to 20% brighter than the “simple” AMOLED and has a longer life; not require a strong press, the screen responds to light touch (if before this could be considered a benchmark in this respect, Apple iPhone, a new type of screens from Samsung wins).
